I am a new home buyer, actually our first home. I was not aware the plumbing in the home was so old, out dated, and there was extensive repairs we needed. I reached out to Pacific Coast Home Services and hired them to do a full home re-pipe. They even upgraded out water heater to a tankless. We even got to finance our project through the company, which helped so much since we just bought the home. The whole process was wonderful, the crew that came out left the home in perfect condition and the project came out amazing. The office staff was very helpful and friendly through the whole project. Pacific Coast Home Services:   My experience so far has been very positive.  Joseph was my project lead, he showed up for the appointment on time and ready to look at my plumbing issues in my bathroom shower.  He evaluated the job, then gave me choices and various direction I could go for the repair and what the cost would be for each choice. I had two power outlets breaking down. Kenneth came in and diagnosed it in a very timely manner. He was very friendly and professional and demonstrated great patience in walking me through the ins and outs of the breakdown.
