Wow!  All I can say is the service at Pacific Home Services is stellar.

Our power went out a couple of times during the storm this week and when it was restored, only half the house actually had power. I called PG&E, but there were no outages reported in our area. So I called Pacific Home Services at 7:30 the next morning and Anthony Alvarez was on my doorstep before 10AM. He determined that the problem was actually with PG&E and he called them to request the repair. When the man from PG&E arrived, he met with him. In the meantime, he found that our old electrical panel needed to be replaced. (It was 30 years old, had insulation material leaking and had been overheating.) We agreed to the project and the wheels were set in motion. PCE pulled the permit from the city, dealt with PG&E and was ready to go the next morning.

Rogelio, Ryan and Guillermo worked at our house for 2 days. They were all extremely pleasant and professional and just really good-natured. They appear to really love what they do and they are very good at it. Rogelio even dropped what he was going to help me carry some recycling to the car when he saw I was struggling to carry it all. How nice is that?

I believe the company to have a high level of integrity–I never felt as if I were being up-sold or pressured to have unnecessary work done. The quality of work is excellent and the level of customer service is unparalleled. I liked them so much, they will be my go-to electricians from now on. I actually have other electrical work that needs to be done at the house, and I will have them back as soon as I can get it scheduled. I’m very grateful to have found them and I recommend them in the highest possible terms.
